I went into Dunkin recently and had placed a mobile order and Kira gave me the most attitude and could tell she truly doesn’t like her job. I don’t understand why she was even hired she is a terrible choice for a manager. PLEASE GET RID OF HER ASAP

In my last few visits they are out of products, and have served what seems like stale day old bagels. All at a time when their prices have risen and perks from points have been cut back. Today I’m the only one in line and wait ten minutes to be served. Donut choice has to be altered because they’re out. Then after a few more minutes I’m told they’re out of croissants which is the main thing I went there for. I was rudely refunded by the manager. Franchise owner needs to start over with an entire new crew or start being fined by Dunkin.

They ran out of shaken espresso so they gave me an iced coffee instead even thought shaken espresso was more expensive. Then i realized they gave me an entirely different order. Went inside to get the correct order with 3 other customers with same issue. Waited 15 mins and ended leaving bc of the chaos. I talked to a manager a month later about the incident and said they will mail me a gift card of the messed up order but they didn’t. Really poor service and management .
