However, at 6:04 PM, I received a voicemail stating that my pizza was left outside my door, but it was not delivered as claimed. Upon contacting your store, an employee named Jackie informed me that nothing could be done and ended the call abruptly. Consequently, I decided to visit the store to seek a refund or to receive my pizza in person. Unfortunately, I experienced a wait time of over 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. After explaining the situation, the staff informed Jackie, who was managing at the time, but she ignored my presence, continuing with her tasks without addressing my complaint. Despite waiting for an additional hour, Jackie never came to speak with me. During my time in the store, it came to my attention that several other customers were experiencing issues with their orders as well. I am disappointed with the way this situation was handled and the lack of customer service provided.

There is a girl named Abigail that seems to be the person preparing my pizza 90% of the time and I have given feedback after getting pizza there calling her a pizza goddess because ive opened the box and the pizza looks like I imagined it should when I ordered and tastes the same. She is just good at what she does. Best Dominoes location ive been to and I won't be going to any other anytime soon. 💯
