Returned the pizza and told them they had sent me home with the wrong pizza (I ordered several together and hadn’t been able to check when carrying out - just expected it would be right). They took back the wrong pizza and made a new one 30 mins later. Only admission of fault was a worker saying „ooh that was my bad.“ Mistakes are fine, just wish there was more ownership or even compensation for the mistake. Another time came there because order estimate was for 30 minutes. Got there 30 minutes after order placed, and when I arrived for pickup they said it would be another 20 minutes—turns out order wasn’t even started until I showed up. Anyway I hate complaining but just thought others should know to budget in extra time and to make sure to check you get the right pizza.
