    I stood in line for a while and observed the young man Sam, which I believe was the manager take care of an elderly lady in front of me as it was her first time and the cashier accidentally charged her twice and he took care of everything with class and kindness and made everything right I was completely impressed and I will be back. Food was great Holley recommend.

    My daughter placed an order and it went to the wrong location. Madison Cliff Farm store REFUSED to get her food or move the order. I realize their policy and I just talked to Sam but she does not have time to go anywhere else on her work break. Like I told him "KINDNESS is free" and they could have shown her just a little kindness instead of sending her away hungry. Being at the drive through window and being turned away is horrible. She made a mistake in location for her order but the only WAY you can place a pick up order is on their app.
