Consistently (since they opened a few years ago) terrible service and food quality, while being in one of the most highly sought after locations in Alabama for food/retail right now. It’s mind blowing that it continues to exist. Please don’t accept this level of service/quality (because they’ll just continue to be poor if you do). Taco Mama and Lola’s are 2 other options for burritos/tex-mex in that area that have way better service and food quality.

Food in the floor in the eating area (NOT even around the garbage can) just in the floor, in general. Workers clocking in and vaping as they did so. Something needs to be done! I don’t know how they’re not out of business already.

The main door wasn’t even unlocked - we went through the side door. They didn’t have the tortillas or serving spoons out. Nothing was ready to go and there was 8 people working? Additionally, the nozzles weren’t on the fountain drink dispenser and the drink sprayed all over my husband. We got our food and it was cold of course. It was so frustrating watching the employees move at a snail pace while looking at us like we were inconveniencing them…. If you go, give yourself an hour +……
