- LTLiz TunstallApr 17, 20261.0I received terrible experience at this Dairy Queen 7584 Hwy 72 w I will never dine there again. The person that attempt to wait on me wasn't very friendly at all. I've dine at many Dairy Queen for years whether drive thru or dine in. I stopped at the above store to get a medium ice-cream cone treat, the cashier didn't appear to understand my order and I reminded her I get senior discount. That was a problem !! All other Dairy Queens no problem giving senior discount and they know how to fill my ice-cream cone the proper way with the swirl on top !! Finally, I asked for a small cone instead of mediun because of her service. I will not return to this Dairy Queen. Besides, I've dine at 2 other Dairy Queen since this mishap. Great service at other stores.

Asking for half the nuts on the top and half the nuts at the bottom of a sundae does not equate to double nuts. Please train your employees on basic customer service.
