    Pretty sure this is the only 2 star Chipotle in Alabama.. what a negative look for such an upcoming area. Unnecessarily rude staff

    I eat Chipoltle every day. I hardly have to come to this location but I will never come back. I will drive another 15 minutes to another one. Their system was down today for about 15 minutes which I get things happen but there was no apology for us having to wait. They were all just rude and making themselves bowls while we all waited. The service here is beyond horrible mainly the attitude of all three women working at 12:30 today. One of the ladies kept getting sample cups and going to the back to eat them. The lady working the drive through was just nasty and had a horrible attitude when interacting with her coworkers. And the lady working the register was the worst. Her attitude towards me was flat out nasty. Whenever I would ask for something she would roll her eyes. This isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience at this location specifically. It is every time that I go here.

    Me and my husband go out of our way to come to this location instead of the one on University. Every time we’ve come we have always been greeted politely upon ordering. They’ve never been skimpy with their portions, and overall the environment is always clean. We will continue to keep coming here.

    I was told reason for my extended wait time was the employees are having to get ready for a health inspection. Only two issues with that. When is a health inspection known about before hand AND it’s a Saturday. Poor customer service. Hire a new crew immediately. Current crew will cause this location to fail and close considering the reviews this place gets.

    The workers at this location are terrible and rude to customers. Typically don’t do reviews but the service I received at 9pm on April 17,2026 was the worst. The employees rolled their eyes and had such a mean attitude towards us.
