  Made an online order and they hand me the bad sealed with a sticker… so, one would assume everything is in there. Nope. No napkins. If you want me to get my own napkins, don’t seal the bag with a sticker.

  I ordered the 3 meats (fish sandwich)in a box special. The curly fries were fresh and hot, the peach cobbler roll was really good, but the fish sandwich was not good, it was not hot or fresh and the fish sandwich is my favorite. I was really disappointed

  The food was very good, exactly what you would expect from Arby's. The only issue we had was the service because they were understaffed and had one guy doing the work of three.

  The older gentleman in the drive thru was very knowledgeable and diligent about his job. He showed a level of professionalism I haven’t seen in a long time outside of much more expensive places. He made sure my food was fresh and double checked my sauces before even trying to hand it to me

  I used to like the Arby’s on Hwy 72, but after tonight I will not be returning. Every item of food we received was cold. The fries were stale and ended up getting thrown out-yikes. We received 4 horsey sauce packets with two of them being their regular white color and the other two having a weird yellow tint to it. So gross. It’s very clear they do not value their customers nor do they take pride in their jobs which is why I typically won’t eat out. If I could give -3 stars I would. I’m so mad I wasted money on this food. If you’re craving Arby’s go to another one. I’d rather drive out of my way to come back here ever again. Edit: I went to the link they tell everyone to go to and that’s the error it gave me the two times I tried to submit. What a joke.
