- BPBill PerkinsFeb 1, 20261.0We ate at this Subway on Friday night in Luverne, Alabama. My wife and I were waited on by a lady and she prepared our sandwiches for dine in. The lady said they were out of Chicken, Chips and other items that are on the daily menu. If you are out of items, then you need to go to the grocery store and purchase the items you are out of stock on till your food delivery truck makes it's delivery. We weren't happy with Subway being out of Chicken, Chips and other daily menu items. The lady who rung up our food order also charged us for a TIP. WHAT! The lady didn't mention anything about a TIP. WHY WERE WE CHARGED A TIP? THAT IS THIEF! PERIOD. I have included a Copy of my Receipt for your review. LET ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF A TIP BEING CHARGED FOR YOU PLACING A FOOD ORDER.
