They put our food order out when it was ready but left the drinks sitting on the back shelf and no one came to give them to me or to the counter to ask if I needed any thing so I had to walk behind the counter and grab them my self.

When we asked the associates why the changing tables were screwed shut, they said "The changing tables are out of order." We asked "Why?" And got no answers.
