  Our food was made fast but when i opened our box of sausage patties (ordered for my dog), there was a used cigarette butt underneath them.

  Ordered qp deluxe and it was disgusting. Sandwich was completely covered in grease and all toppings were soggy and very hot, (microwave hot) cheese was melted to liquid mayo extremly hot , bag ripped from grease before we got in the car . Couldn't eat inside because of the filthy tables and floor. Black mold looking stuff growing on soda fountain and lid dispenser. And yes although we received our order in a short time it wasn't worth the stop . Also employee attitude plays a big role in the dining experience, so maybe a smile for the customer instead of a very univiting frown and stink eye(as if we were a bother.) In my opinion this place needs an overhaul . What ever happened to customer care and appreciation because when we stop visiting a business becomes just a memory. I see from other reviews photos not necessary.

  If I can give it a zero I would. I drove from Texas passing through to go to florida. If you can avoid this place please do. The comment from Jason Martinez is very true, no customer service. Very negative. The area was dirty. I had to go ask for sugar and creamer for the coffee the creamer was wet and slimy. Then I had to ask for butter for pancakes and that was wet too. No forks given with pancakes, they didn't have any. I love Mc Donald's and this place is terrible.

  The place was not busy at all. I came in about 8 AM. You would think they would be at that time for breakfast but they weren’t. It took around 15 minutes for my food to come up and then they forgot to give me my drink. However, they did have plenty of time to sit around and laugh and cut up and carry on with some friends who came in to visit. They seem to have really enjoyed that. I’m glad they did. I would’ve liked my food. Oddly it was cold when I got it. I found it interesting that as I sat there and waited on my food a very loud and foul mouth employee sat down at the table across from mine and ate her Chick-fil-A breakfast. This place is the most mismanaged restaurant I have ever been in.
