They got my order wrong. Not surprised, the guy taking my order was more concerned that I had paid for the windshield wipers that I was carrying more than he was worried about what food I wanted to order. Then I get the food and God Almighty whoever prepared it must have had their eyes closed when preparing the food.

They only gave me four nuggets in the steak bowl and it’s supposed to be five. I mean what are we doing here people there’s not enough money out here to do us like this. And now as I write this on my first bite, the macaroni and cheese is literally refrigerator. Cold this is got to be the most ridiculous thing. This is just Service. The food would’ve been fine. Can you just give it the way it’s supposed to be given and give a little extra if you have to don’t take away from me Something that would’ve been so good. I made my day so much better now I just put a damper on them cause I feel like I got ripped off you know we’re on the road. I can’t turn around and whatever you so whatever you do wrong, I’m stuck with it

I ordered a Gyro combo medium because they are pretty good. The advertisement that They have made the steak bites look delicious so I also ordered a five piece. When I opened the container, the steak bites were burnt. After eating a couple and thoroughly being disgusted With them, I returned to Arby’s to try to get a refund. Shatisha.(spelling?) Refused the refund because I had eaten two of them. I explained to them they could prorate them, they refused to even do that or offer any accommodations. When I looked at their name tag, they were quick to tell me. The pronunciation of their name. Like I want you to get this name right. I still love Arby’s Food. I will never buy steak bites again. Nor will I buy anything from Shatisha store.
