The drive through had a long line. They were only accepting cash. I guess the system for cards was down. The fries were cold. This wasn't Norfork this location. The fries are always hot when I stop there.

Worst customer service I have recieved here ever! They act so rude towards the paying customer! Ask them to repeat the order back to you and they act like it’s a problem, when you tell them they are speaking too fast could you repeat one more time they really start treating you like your a problem! When I get to the first window to pay I ask again to repeat the order then they start laughing, I am just really disappointed that this is the service you get when you are a paying customer! Also in the end my order was wrong anyway!

This is seriously a place to avoid. They made me park for 30 minutes and they still kept most of my food. I'm in a wheelchair and don't get out much. It would be nice if there was something worth eating in Lincoln. This place is still worth avoiding. If you have issues they refer you to a national website. No place worth eating.

Absolute disgrace everyone here has an attitude every time I come, and you would think for us as slow as they are. The food would come out hot and fresh and it never is. I’m disappointed every single time I come to this place but tonight was over the top, the manager name, Elijah is one of the rudest men I’ve ever Scene if you don’t wanna work for the public don’t work at McDonald’s that’s for sure. This place needs a complete makeover before I’ll come back here ever again. Food sucks and so does the people beware do not go to this place or you will be disappointed to

As slow as they are, everything should be correct and hot. Management here needs to be fired. Because nothing is ever correct. Then you hand me a bag that someone went through and expect me to eat the open food. All because you're too sorry to do your job. Then blatantly lied and said the bag was changed out. No it wasn't with the grease stain and bag still scrunched up. Then get a attitude because I didn't want a hash brown someone randomly touched. Now I could have caused a scene and acted ignorant right on along with her. Don't get mad because you chose not to read and exchange something that was open.
