    11/10/25 @12pm-I went through the drive thru and asked for a cup of cheese at the window while the woman was running my card. She told me I had to pay for the cup of cheese which I told her was fine and she could run my card(which she was holding in her hand). She then started screaming at me that she couldn’t add a cheese sauce on and that I would have to go back through the drive thru(no one was even in line) and then slammed the drive thru window so hard that the window bounced back open. All of this over a cheese sauce🤷‍♀️ I went in to speak with the “manager” and she had a snarky grin while I was explaining what happened and told me she would let the manager know(I thought she was the manager).

    Fast and friendly service. Got the order exactly correct with no issues. A good location just off the interstate for a quick in and out stop for a wu8ck and delicious meal! I will DEFINITELY be back in my travels to and from Birmingham!

    I ordered extra beans on my nacho Belgrade and they didn’t put any at all. My husband didn’t get his chips but got his nacho cheese. I just wasted money😩 Editing to say that my soft taco supreme didn’t have lettuce either🤦🏻‍♀️
