When I'm standing there trying to order food with my toddler in my arms and all I can hear is what sounds like the crazy cat lady screaming in my ear, it makes it hard to focus and order properly! I've never had a store setting overload me that bad. Even my daughter was starting to get upset.

Why do I have to do all that Mr. Knight??? It truly makes me feel like I should no longer visit this location again ever… I didn’t get the order wrong you did why am I being penalized? He was so respectful, kind, and professional! He also had the friendliest smile that in return lit my entire morning up! He took my payment and handed me my order of Pumpkin Spice Donuts (that were so fresh and delicious) with speed. He was so amazing at his job! Although I was in a rush, he made such a wonderful impact, that I had to pull over to run in and get his name: Mitchell Jones!! I've never had a drive thru experience as pleasant as with Mr. Mitchell Jones! Great job!

The gentleman greeted me with a very upbeat & fun attitude - come to find out, he was the Manager of the Moody store, Cornelius. I pulled around to pay for my order only to be greeted by Mitchell who took my payment. He was so positive & kind while doing his job. He gave me my order quickly which was fresh & delicious. The entire experience was amazing & I wanted to brag & give credit where it is due. I will definitely be stopping more often!
