Walked in Sunday night to order and neither person came up to counter. I would have ordered $25 worth of food but I don't need to have such personal and financial relationship with a pizza place. Couldn't call to order, no one answered and the mailbox was full. Your business will not get my business or many others this way. So after trying 2 ways to order pizza, no go. Never again. If I can't call an order I won't bother

- EMEmbry McJul 16, 20251.0I ordered some pepperoni bread and lemonade for delivery and was paying cash @10:28 pm since I haven’t eaten all day and the driver did pull in front of my drive way but never got out to give me the order. I was tracking the order since they were around they were 5 mins out and I opened my door WITH the lights that had been on since 7pm (and my doorbell camera shows it was) and stood there for 2mins looking at the car because they weren’t moving at all and I grabbed my $20 out my pocket and soon as I looked up they were pulling off and after that the tracker showed the car sat up the hill for 2-3min and drove off. And I was just thinking maybe they got confused somehow and I called the store telling them this and the man on the phone told me that driver told them that they couldn’t see anything and nobody was at the door (I had my door opened and stood there looking the car parked in front of my driveway and the light WERE on the entir time. And then he said the driver tried to call but my phone isn’t showing any missed calls. While this is happening the driver wasn’t even at the store yet bc I called right after I saw them going up the backstretch to dominoes and I live 7-10 mins away. And was told their driver was off tonight yet they’d till had my food. And I told them that I couldn’t drive up there to get my food bc my car isn’t with me rn. not hating on the man on the phone because the convo was calm but the driver was lying about nobody being at the door and the lights being off.
