Food was dry and hard. Manager was rude and a smart ass. Her name is Misty. Did not help me at all. Ill be calling corporate.

Don't go to the one in Moody, the General Manager in a rude jerk!!!!!!! He came to the drive through window,I had the whole sandwich gave it to him,told him it was the wrong sandwich from the day before and just wanted what was ordered. Told me no receipt, no way I would get another one the same way. Wouldn't talk with me, closed the on me and had a very rude tone. I now drive to Chelsea if I want Arby's. They are awesome. No complaints for them. Would like to hear from you Arby's. Especially about your jerk GM in Moody.

We came here on a Saturday night and even though they were extremely short staffed, the food and experience was exceptional. There was only one person working the entire restaurant and he kept calm under pressure and did a fantastic job. If you’re ever here, ask for Bryan, you won’t be disappointed!

We frequent this location, maybe twice monthly. Tonight's experience was underwhelming to say the least. The man working the drive thru, presumably the manager, with long hair, had no hair net.
My italian sub, which is a favorite from many moons ago, wasn't as good as usual. My husband had the new "steak bite" sandwich, he said he wouldn't order it again. Thankfully, I did check for sauces before leaving, I chose them, when I ordered online, but there was no sauce in the bag. When I got home to warm the now cold food, I realized we were most definitely taken for on our fry portions!! I totally would've waited for them to cook enough to fill the order.
I'm very disappointed Arby's. For $40, Do better!!
