  **Updated Review for Chick-fil-A – Leeds** **Rating: 1/5 Stars** This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A location I have ever visited. I’ve never had issues with this chain until coming here. Tonight (Saturday, April 11th, around 7:00 PM), the place was dead—hardly any cars in the lot, which is a huge red flag for a Chick-fil-A on a Saturday night. Even with only a few people ahead of me, it took forever to get a simple mobile order. When I finally got my food, it was garbage. The chicken sandwich looked like a "kids' meal"—the fillet was tiny, overcooked, and dried out. The fries were just as bad; they were cold and tasted like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. To top it off, the sweet tea was disgusting. It tasted like weird, old, unsweetened tea and didn't have that fresh taste Chick-fil-A is known for. I basically had to get the entire meal replaced through the app because everything was inedible. The staff at this location is completely unprofessional. They were just standing around in the drive-thru lanes talking to each other or on their phones, looking unbothered and showing zero customer service. To make matters worse, the inside of the restaurant was a hot mess. The bathrooms were disgusting and untidy—it’s clear they aren't keeping up with cleaning at all. Save your money and go to a location that actually cares about quality and cleanliness. This location is serving old food and providing a terrible experience.

  I love chick fil a. They're miles ahead of any other fast food restaurant. But my oh my this one is not good. I've been to 10+ chick fil a restaurants and this one is consistently the worst. They forget stuff all the time, which is not typical of chick fil a. This has been an issue for years at this particular location. The last time I had it, it was from the Pell City location. It's really night and day differences in the quality of everything when it comes to the food. If you're driving through towards Atlanta, go to the Pell City one, not Leeds.

  Food was fried chicken Service is always great as there moto is serve people not chicken Atmosphere was a drive in. Location was good after we grabbed something we went to the car wash and cleaned the car out as we were traveling the drive 5mins to the most awesome indoor flea market Bama just down the road on the left. Great place to go if you're interested in taking a break from the road hungry car needs a bath.

  Worst one I’ve been to yet. I did a mobile order and couldn’t get it to scan so I pull up and they told me to pull up and wait so they can get together my kids 5ct nugget. I sat and waited for over 15 minutes, cars keep passing me. Will not be back through the mobile line again.

  I really hate speaking ill of the Lord's chicken...but I think the devil is in charge of this location. My daughter and I eat here an embarrassingly amount during the course of the week. It has been going downhill this past year...incorrect orders, longer than normal wait times, and food that taste like it's been sitting for hours. I have reached out to management twice, but it appears no changes have been made. Today, my daughter's chicken stripe were near inedible. It actually pains me to write these words.
