  Manager I think her name is mary has a nasty attitude my food was missing after I waited almost 30 minutes for it. Every time I order it takes forever i might as well go to an actual restaurant I can sit in with how long they have their customers waiting and when I order there is always an attitude over the speaker if you hate your job maybe dont do it anymore. I heard rumors that there was a possum in the grease trap a while back… wont see me anymore for sure.

  Not sure if google will make note of this. I have gave one star before but a recent experience has me wanting to update it. I’ll give three star but I want to note that my last experience was definitely a 5 star experience but one good experience doesn’t outweigh the numerous bad experiences. To make it simple I ordered a number 2 and my fiancé ordered a number 9 and everything was hot, cooked right, and it tasted good! Like they actually cleaned the grill for once. I was impressed and the girl who brought our food was really shy and soft spoken but she was kind and she gave it her all and that alone deserves recognition too. So thank you to the cooks, the server, and everyone working on the evening of March 19(Thursday) keep it up! Please! Valley/Lanett need you!

  Worst Sonic. Wait times are horrid… even with an online order wait times are terrible.
