- VVVickieSep 19, 20251.0I waited for 50 minutes for my pizza to arrive. I called and they had put it down as a carry out. I had already paid, 19.44 plus a $5 delivery tip. When they said if it’s a delivery fee we have to redo the receipt. I said ok, the price jumped up to $24 and some odd change. Then he wanted to add another delivery tip, I said no and please make a fresh pizza for me, he said ok. According to the time I spent on the phone with him and the time of delivery, there is no way they could have made a fresh pizza. It was cool, not hot and fresh. Mushrooms were completely cold. I live 2 minutes from the Pizza Hut in Killen Alabama. Not happy.
