If I could give less than 1 star I would. The service is absolutely horrible, the staff is super rude and doesn’t ring orders in correctly. We waited over 30 minutes for fries just to be missing a whole other order and being forced to pay for another one resulting in cold food.

I lost faith in this place long ago, and instead of just giving up on it in its entirety- I conducted an experiment these passed few months. After consistent order mess ups after being told to pull forward so that the drive thru can retain its "wait time", I decided it was time to legitimately put this particular McDonalds next to Carl Cannon on a spreadsheet. What did I find out? From the passed 3 months, between myself and 4 others and nearly 100 orders placed/received- we've concluded the following:
Out of 96 orders placed this McDonalds in particular, next to Carl Cannon asked us 94 out of 96 times to pull forward from the food window in order to receive our food.
Out of 96 orders, 84 orders were missing an item or completely wrong.
Out of 96 orders, we asked for extra sauce to accommodate our chicken, exactly 24 times this occurred and 23 times out of these 24 we had orders totalling over $40. We were asked for additional payment each time. Out of those 23 times we spent more than $40, we didn't receive the initial sauce 8 times despite having already paid for the extra.
Out of 96 orders, the total amount of time waited for receiving the actual food has amounted to 452 minutes and 46 seconds, averaging nearly 5 minutes per order.
In conclusion, this McDonald's fails to meet any standard of quality set forth by HQ. You're better off going across the street to Burger King.
Rude,likes to make fun of customers,saw employee in the back picking his nose,always something missing,sauce sandwich wrong,can't comprehend plain,if I order a double cheese plain? Does that say hey I don't want cheese?or Spicy chicken plain definitely means Don't put the hot sauce on it? Come on,where has common sense gone? And are you really suppose to tell the customer, they all making fun of you for how you ordered plain!. Cheese Only lol common sense tells me I order a double cheese plain means ,I want the cheese,nothing else(double Cheese plain.)Spicy chicken ? Surely we starting to get a clue?.between the nose picking,the rude fun making,and the lack of comprehending what plain is,Best go in and eat at subway if you gonna get food at Loves travel,several other places to eat right next door,3×the charm ,done with this particular McDonald's.

Manager (Marie/Maria) was very unprofessional and rude. She was also disrespectful to the staff that was trying to assist with the order mistake(on McDonald’s end). They cancelled the entire order after waiting and checking in with staff to give my order pickup number.
I’m beginning to think it’s this McDonald’s staff that, in general, lacks customer service skills. As traveling through the area often, this McDonald’s (especially managers) are rude, unprofessional and right out nasty. I will not come back to this McDonald’s, very disappointing with the customer service.

Extremely rude staff, constantly huffing, grumbling, rolling eyes no matter how polite the customer may be. Seen with every interaction I’ve witnessed, not just my own. Not sure why the franchise owner would allow this behavior to continue for as long as it has. Truly awful experience every time. I am definitely not one to write any kind of review, but I work in a customer facing environment myself and am truly appalled that this could happen on more than just a couple of occasions.
Beyond the abhorrent customer service issues, the food is standard. Not the best this company can do, but certainly not the worst. Convenient stop for a long drive, but only if you want to feel as if your ordering and paying for food is a complete waste of someone’s time.
