I’ve always favored Dunkin’ over Starbucks which is why I go there and participate in their rewards program by ordering through the app for pickup. I tend to chose the walk in option because the drive through in jasper AL is always backed up and I don’t like being trapped. Today was the worst experience I’ve had at any Dunkin establishment. I never leave negative reviews but I’m ashamed to be a part of this generation that has zero people skills or common sense. I’ve worked in fast food before and never once had a situation happen where ignored a customer for over 30 minutes. I get being busy, but I waited for a mobile order that had been place at 10:06am and I walked out of the establishment as 10:35am. My food sat there the entire time while I waited on 2 iced coffees and a hot coffee with cream. Never once did anyone acknowledge me while I waited. When my cold drinks were finally done, they were sat on the edge of the “delivery” side of the mobile pick up counter— not even in the correct spot. Thankfully I was right there to see them and was obviously on the lookout for them. The person sitting them there didn’t call them out or anything. Just sat them down and walked away. Didn’t ask me if I was waiting on an order or anything. I watched 10+ orders be served through the drive thru before I finally said something and asked where my hot coffee was. The girl behind the counter brushed me off and another barista heard me and said “oh here it is.” The hot coffee had been sitting in the same spot since before I walked in (as I spotted it in front of the coffee pot when I got there.) The lid to that coffee was off of it and it wasn’t even hot anymore. The food was barely edible because I got a toasted bagel and it had been sitting there for 30 minutes without anyone even telling me my food order was done. It wasn’t sat out for me to even see it. It was behind the counter. If it wasn’t for some other customer getting as impatient as I was and coming in and grabbing my bag up, I wouldn’t have known. I saw my order number and said, “I think you have my bag” and they gave me my food. But even with that, some random picked up my food because the employees weren’t doing their job. That kind of service is absolutely uncalled for. You may think I’m entitled for wanting to be served in a timely manner but if you can make orders for the drive thru, you can make orders for the people in the lobby. And acknowledge the customers. Don’t ignore them. It takes less than 2 seconds to greet someone and let them know you see them. I will never be back to this establishment and that’s saying a lot for someone who literally goes to Dublin multiple times a week because it’s one of the only coffee shops in Jasper.. But this was uncalled for. I will be more than happy to take my money to Starbucks where I’m not sure I’ve ever had to wait more than 5 minutes on a mobile order.

Great coffee - try the butter pecan iced coffee! They offer a limited menu of food but it's good stuff and is also healthy. The atmosphere is always nice, too: super clean with good service.

Drink was good, service was okay. When I came in it was busy, while I was waiting a person who I’m assuming is a manager was yelling at employees. Not a good look.
