I called to complain and was told that I wasn’t correct when I said the “coffee” had a burned taste. I was, eventually, offered my drinks remade or donuts in the place of the bad drinks. I took the donuts and they were real good! When I picked them up the young man was very nice and took care of me with no attitude! My hint is to go to Starbucks or The Blend or Lavish. Don’t go to Dunkin.
