I came in with a mobile order that was debited from my account and didn't show in the app. I showed the girl at the counter the order and the exact amount and the debit from my account. She said that's ok I'll make it for you. Then the night manager YELLED AT HER so loud you could hear her across the restaurant saying THATS WHY I HATE THAT FREAKING APP. WE ARE ((NOT)) MAKING IT BECAUSE (WE) DON'T HAVE THE MONEY. The woman never even addressed me herself. I left empty handed. She is incredibly rude.
