    Food was ice cold and the girl at the drive thru window has zero customer service skills and needs to find different employment. Ordered a few biscuits and pulled around. The girl at the window basically shoved the bag at me and then when I said thank you have a good day to her she literally stuck her nose in the air and scoffed at me. Pull around to check and make sure my order was correct and it was but they shoved the biscuits in the bag so hard they were all busted apart and laying out of the wrappers in the bottom of the bag. The chicken is the chicken biscuit tasted 6 hours old and was ice cold. Bojangles use to be one of my fav breakfast spots back home so I was excited when I saw we were getting one. But this is my 4th time trying this one and not 1 time has the food been hot or good. Now it seems the customer service is just as horrible as the food.

    Go to a chicken place for a chicken sandwich and still have to wait 15 minutes after you paid. They were not crowded at all. It's pitiful.

    It was a very busy night I waited 30 mins for white Bone in chicken the staff was very quick always on their feet no matter what, I was there earlier and they were flocked as well, they communicated every chance they got and tried to stay on task even with others complaining about being ‘ignored’ and walking out as they tried to help them. Even though it takes time I highly recommend their service and food

    Only been for breakfast. Chicken is always fresh, hash rounds are always fresh and crispy. Service is is friendly and cheerful.

    I ordered for a pick up!! When I got here it wasn’t ready!! I waited the time came back in it’s still not ready, no greeting, overly slow!! I used my whole lunch break waiting on them to do their job!!! Took the lady 30 mins to get my order packed from having to run the front the drive through and pack order!!!
