- JCJames CappsDec 4, 20251.012-4-25 8pm I walked in, stood at the counter for about 5 minutes with the worker completely ignoring me while I heard the lady around the corner taking drive thru orders. So I left and went next door to Whataburger. Good service there.

- PPProxyOct 25, 20251.0Bagger was picking at his head, we didn’t get our crinkle fries only curly, I’ll give it them, they managed to put the Mac and cheese in the bag, and I understand that a fast food place is high demand-I work one-but I have never seen a bagger pick at his head then touch the bags. I’m also a picky eater when it comes to fries and I can’t stand the curly fries, I like crinkle or straight never curly.

SO APPARENTLY EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW GETS A RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE JUST SO THAT IT LOOKS GOOD BUT THEY DON'T ACTUALLY SPEAK TO YOU IN RETURN ****I went to grab a door dash order. After 22 minutes of watching the employees just hold empty bags and stare at the screen like they were just...lost I asked for the manager. Only to find out the person who was so confused was the manager. Mind you the order I was picking up AND the 10 people in the lobbys orders were ready. Just sitting in the expo window. The manager says to me he's busy and other orders take priority which seemed to be the drive thru. I will mention that since I had to stand there for over 25 minutes I observed a young man wearing gloves, he was weighing out roast beef. I saw him rub his face and hair and just continue to man handle the meat with no regard. Eventually just had to yell at the manager to JUST PUT THE FOOD IN THE BAG so I could escape the pure stupidity I had to go through. If you value your time and health, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
