We pulled in and ordered 1 philly cheesesteak, #3 with no cheese, no tomatoes w/ a sweet tea, chili cheese fries, cheese sticks and water. After 30 minutes and seeing three other cars pull in, order and receive their orders, my husbands pushed the button to inquire about our order. “What can we get started for you that?” My husband replied, “you should already have something started for us, it said several minutes ago Jada was bringing our order.” Before he could finish speaking, the little girl said, “We’re short staffed, we’ll have it out as soon as we can.” CLICK. No “sorry for the wait. . . “ or “thank you for your patience. . . “ - your short-staffing is not the customers problem. A little polite customer service will go a long way in ensuring customers return or give good reviews.

Only ordered, chile and fry,1 rap and a lrg drink. There was hardly any one there but it took sonic employees to long just to bring my order out! This has happened several times before at this location.

We pulled up to sonic about 12 a.m. with 4 to 5 cars at sonic, they said “welcome to sonic how can we help” then before ordering anything, the little girl said, “if your ordering it’s going to be a long wait” so I replied well can I order, “ her reply was “have a nice day” that’s not customer service and we are not happy. Whoever is running the show needs to get it together. This isn’t professional.
