Got the drive thru. I didn't even eat yet when i got home my partner was up but i only order for myself, and finished my drink. I waited for her to place a mobile order. Maybe 30 or 40 mins after my first pick up I go inside drill my drink and pick up her breakfast sandwich and a manager has the audacity to say is can't refill my drink. Insists it company policy. Even states " No one who comes thru the drive through are allowed to get refills inside at all"
I've never seen service like this way to not keep a customer. Go to Jacks at least they are reasonable

Ordered a double cheeseburger from the kiosk to go, when I got home (15 minutes away) and unwrapped it there was no meat. Zero meat! How does this even happen? Called, no one will answer, voice mail is full so you can’t leave a message.
