Cancelled my order for the 2nd time because I ordered too close to closing. Was rudley spoken to and hung up on, so called the customer service. They said I had to contact the store for a refund but when called was told "there's nothing I can do" about my refund except call cooperate. For months and months I ordered, and tipped very heavily because I knew I ordered late. The first time someone handled it, it so well done, even replaced my meal for free. I told cooperate the 2nd time, I wasn't looking for free food, I just wanted my money back. Sad, now I feel like if I order, someone will mess with my food. Can we please normalize that sometimes, the customer is actually right?

Great sandwich! I got the veggie and added carmelized onions. Sandwich is generous size, enough for two meals. Yummy! Staff super friendly! Highly recommend!
