  This location is a bit hit or miss from time to time, but last night's experience was beyond disappointing. My husband and I ordered inside through the kiosk. The wait was a bit longer than normal. That's expected for a Friday night when they were a tad busier than usual, so no worries there. When they finally called my husband's name to pick up the order, he looked through the bag and noticed that his Chicken Chalupas were missing. When he let someone know, they casually told him they were out. There was no attempt on their end to let him know they ran out prior to handing us the order, so if he had not gone through the bag before exiting the building, we would have paid for an item we never received. My husband asked if he could just get another Burrito Supreme instead to replace the out of stock item so we didn't have to deal with processing a refund. We then proceeded to wait ... And wait... And wait for the replacement item. Employees kept asking what he was waiting on and when he told them it was a replacement for the out of stock Chalupas, nobody even seemed to know that they ran out. Once we finally arrived home with the full order (or so we thought), we realized all but one item was incorrect after opening the wrappers. Beef Burritos missing meat, Grilled Cheese Burrito had no cheese, etc. It seemed as though all the specialty items we ordered were swapped for value menu items and concealed in the correct wrappers so we didn't notice at first glance.

  They charged me for a chicken enchilada burrito and gave me a bean burrito. And the girl who took the order was very rude. She was a short African American lady. She wouldn’t say things in response to me. We had to pull up to the window cause she didn’t say anything after we ordered. She act like she’s racist. She got my order wrong. She charged me for something they didn’t give me. Order number 213. We got 4 bean burritos when it was supposed to be 3 bean burritos and one chicken enchilada.

  So i came in the drive thru right before 10 pm and i ordered a 12 taco pack and a grilled cheese, steak quesadilla and nacho fries. The lady on the speaker gave me an attitude about my orders, even talking under her breath. Once i pulled to the window, there’s this short black lady, and she seemingly was say things, nothing of what i could understand. Also, giving me attitude when she spoke to me. I thought this taco bell was good but it’s gone down in service 👎🏼 cause the only decent part was the food.
