It take 30 plus minutes to go through the line. I have been sitting here 35 minutes right now and I’m still the 3rd car back. I will not be back.

However, when we got to the window, no one could locate the order. It turned into a frustrating situation, and we were then asked to reorder everything—even though we had already paid. The employee who originally helped us confirmed to the manager that she had taken our order and added the extra items, but there still wasn’t a resolution. At most other locations, the team would have simply remade the order and adjusted it in the system. It wouldn’t have been a major loss, but it would have made a big difference in customer experience. Instead, we had to cancel the order online, place it again, and wait even longer. Overall, it was disappointing—especially from a place known for its service. It’s starting to feel like the experience is going downhill.
