  I was a little surprised by the automated ordering system at first, but it was easy enough once I got started. The food was good, the service was quick, and the staff was very friendly.

  ai drive through and apparently workers dont even listen to it. purchased an item and wasnt told til after paying that it wasnt available, and wasnt offered a refund. very disappointed.

  I wouldn't send a dog to this Wendy's. The manager has disgusting customer service skills. Deplorable. Trash level. This Wendy's uses an Ai voice to take orders. I ordered a combo plus a 4 piece nugget. I specifically said “combo” to this Ai voice when I ordered. After paying, I received my drink and food and left the drive thru. I checked my bag as I was driving and saw I had no fries. So I drove back around and went inside for the fries that came with this combo I specifically ordered. Inside, the manager insisted I pay for the fries. I told him fries came with the combo. He insisted I hadn't ordered a combo. I told him the Ai voice must have gotten my order incorrect but I specifically said “combo” which he could hear if there is a playback. This man became so irate and unprofessional and unhinged about me paying for fries. I was going to just give him the food back and request a refund, but I was so disgusted by this ordeal that I just left. I threw the food and drink in the trash. I am going to tell every person I know, every organization, and every career person to never patronize this Wendy's on Memorial Parkway and to take all of their business to one of the newer franchises in the area or the neighboring McDonald's. The manager at this Wendy’s has no tact, no decorum, no problem solving skills, no customer service, and no couth. He needs to be working a remote job away from the public. I feel sorry for the staff that works under him and any customer that has to experience him along with that Ai voice character taking food orders incorrectly.
