  I wish I could give a negative star review. Took my sweet wife there this evening to get a Bahama mama. We pull up to the drive through to be rudely told they are only accepting cash. Fair enough. We leave and go to the atm a couple of blocks north and get some cash. Come back to the store to a rude drive through worker again. After ordering pull up to the window to pay with cash and people are paying at the register 6 feet away with a card. We are told they can’t walk the 6 feet to pay with a card. It would be a different story if the card machines were actually down, all to get a cup of ice with no flavor. Zero customers service. Zero ambition from a crew of people wasting oxygen. Will never be back.

  This location has terrible service. I stood there, was never acknowledged. There were no customers inside other than me. One car in the drive threw. The guy behind the counter was playing on his phone. I left after a few minutes. I wont be back to this one.

  Specifically asked for an acai bowl with no coconut. They did not honor such a serious request, especially one dealing with allergens.

  i sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, nobody ever came to the speaker … i pulled around to the window & sat another few minutes, nothing .. i pull around & walk inside, young kid named jordan is practically asleep laying on the counter !! i ask if they’re closed, he gets up confused saying no before walking towards the counter .. i get back in drive thru to place my order, chicken bacon ranch flatbread without tomato — i get a sandwich with tomato !!! i’m so very dissatisfied with this location, being my first experience here .. i doubt i will be returning any time soon .
