  Well we tried getting taco bell at this location and they told us that they aren’t serving anyone… I thought they were open until 3?

  Just placed an order via doordash, while the order was correct, one of the items I received wasn't worth the 8 plus dollars I paid for it. Posted the photos of what I ordered versus what I got, so you can see what the sent me. I understand it's late night, but that doesn't mean you get to skimp on quality.

  Adrianna respectful, very unprofessional should not be a representation of how Taco Bell employees should treat their customers. I ordered DoorDash Saturday due to My Daughter being hospitalized I was unable to come and return my food with it being so cold and incorrect. I came Monday afternoon due to My Daughter being discharged to try and get my food. replaced i’m in the back untouched and sealed Adriana and Jalyn or Jayla two young employees at the Taco Bell 4315 university Drive was very rude and disrespectful and inconsiderate of my situation when I asked for my sour cream that was on my receipt. She put sour cream and slid it across the counter, not placing it in my hand nor putting it in my bag.. She made a statement that she didn’t want to replace my food due to the fact that I ordered it Saturday and was returning it Monday. I tried to explain my situation. She gave a careless very disrespectful comment after me asking her. Did she have children in order to see if she can relate to a mother‘s heart she said do I look like I have kids? I’m a kid myself. I don’t understand why you would bring this up here today. It makes no sense almost in tears. I asked to speak to a manager. Explain to the manager what happened I will be doing my best to contact corporate. If this is how customers are treated by these two young ladies, customer service should not be their career choice. I hope this helps another person and I hope this reached the right department in management.
