  Sorry but the made to order beef sandwich was disgusting to the point where I couldn't eat it. After a bite, I took it back to the counter and asked for something else. She said no refunds or exchange allowed. How is this even possible? Needless to say, I won't be going back.

  I ordered a strawberry shake and a chicken Caesar sandwich. The sandwich was okay, nothing special. The shake was horrible. Tasted like it’s made with sour cream. Bill was just over $18. I can get 2 large subs at Publix for that price. Will not go back due to quality and price.

  They didn’t put any effort in my sandwich. This was my very first time visiting this Panera. I did the pick two option. I added pepperoncinis to my sandwich it wasn’t there. Barely any mayo. Probably wouldn’t order another sandwich ever again but soup was edible.

  I would give ZERO stars if I could. I placed my order on the app at 8:12 PM, and confirmed that my order would be delivered by 9:08 PM. I called the store at 9:16 PM to get an update on the status of my order because the app still showed that my order was being processed. The girl that answered the phone said that my order was just picked up and out for delivery. I live less than 3 miles from the store. It is now 9:47PM, and I still do not have my order. This is terrible service and I will NEVER order from them again nor will I recommend anyone going to this location.
