  Will not return again the three burritos were cold and hashbrowns most definitely cold when I got my order and I had to take it back and show to manager never got an I’m sorry nothing do better please

  Service is quick and friendly, and the fries are fresh and crispy. They don't skimp on the seasoning.

  This is by far one of the worst McDonald in Huntsville. I have nothing but issue with this location everytime I order is the customer service is terrible. I have an issue with an order that has yet to be resolved. Visited the store to get it fixed and the manager I was in contact with doesn’t work there anymore. The new mangers was no help. She had more interest in help other customers place orders and taking food out than resolving a pervious issue.

  The first mistake i made was going to this location! I havent been in months because last time service and food was awful! The first 2 pictures are from this location! When i got the happy meal for my granbaby i absolutely said no i will not feed her this. I took it back and showed manager and she said she saw nothing wrong with it! I told her the grease needs cleaned the food should not look dirty burnt! She was so confused 😵‍💫 The 3 rd and 4 th picture is from the memorial pky Mcdonalds they know how to serve fresh food and clean there fryers regularly! Do better
