  Slow, dirty, no one at the counter and no receipt paper in the kiosk, at least 5 other customers received incorrect orders while I was having lunch.

  If I could do a zero star I would I've been waiting for 1 double quarter for 50+ minutes and it's absolutely ridiculous don't go to this McDonald's if you are hungry or in a hurry they will take forever and forget about your order and focus on doordash orders rather than in store customers my nuggets have been under the heater for 40+ minutes getting old and nasty

  Waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a DoorDash with two cars ahead of me who also waited forever to have their orders taken. Once I got to the order speaker I waited another five minutes before someone even spoke only to learn my app was wrong (said use drive thru past 11pm, which it was 11:04 when I arrived so that's what I did) which I had assumed may have been on me. No big deal, I went inside where I waited another 20 minutes where not one person looked at me and there was a crowd of maybe eight people who were equally as irritated. I tried to speak up twice where no one even acknowledged me when I could have been one less person in the crowd, had someone even acknowledged me. The employees were irritable and not paying any attention even to the young man who repeated his order three times to an employee who kept coming back several minutes later to just ask again. One employee was even hitting her hands on the counter in frustration and another said "I'm done taking orders I have a headache" bro headache from what? Taking 3 orders? That's crazy. It was just many employees doing absolutely nothing and leaving many people irritated without any explanation or apology.

  This has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've been here three times and it has been a debacle every time. They are super slow and are constantly messing up people's orders. This morning it took 25 minutes to get hotcakes. Another lady came in from the drive-thru because they put sausage on her bagel instead of bacon. They made her another one with sausage. She said this is supposed to be bacon and they said I thought you wanted sausage. They threw away two sausage bagels before they got her order right.

  We stopped by to try the new Big Arch burger meal....We went through the drive-through, and the service was friendly and quick at this location as usual. Our order was correct, and the fries were fresh and hot, which is always a bonus. As far as the Big Arch goes....Here is my opinion.....First, it is huge...not large, not big, HUGE! Literally hard to hold because it's so big. The new bun just doesn't work for me. It is thick and dense and dryer than the regular soft buns, and began to fall apart as soon as I took my first bite. The flavor of the burger was mediocre....definitely not as good as a typical quarter pounder with cheese. Because of the super thick, dry bun, the whole burger just didn't come across as juicy or moist. The sauce was slightly tangy, but not as good as Big Mac sauce. In the ad, it said there are crispy onions on the Big Arch. Mine came with a ton of chopped, raw onions....but no other kind that I could find . Overall, I am pretty sure this will be my first and last Big Arch. Not worth the calories or the price in my opinion.
