  This afternoon my husband and I were in the drive thru. We ordered 2 double cheese burgers 1 with no pickles and extra onions. A large order of fries and 2 drinks. We pulled to the pay windows. The cashier opened the windows and started to repeat our order being wrong. While.we were talking to her to correct her, she else the windows in our face. We received our order. The 1 made normal had nothing bit mustard and ketchup. The other had onions all over the outside. I feel like this was very rude and very poor customer service.

  Make sure you check to make sure everything is in the bag before you leave the drive thru. This is the second time I have not got a apple pie when ordered in a 2 week period. It's not rocket science. Just make sure everything they ordered is in the bag.

  Worst "fast food" experience ever! 1st- why does a "fast food" restaurant need "Drive thru reserved" parking spots? 2nd- This place needs new management. They can't even manage to get an order of a #1, a #10, & 2 kids meals out all at one time, much less a timely manner.. How do you keep visiting this restaurant with such horrible service!?

  At this particular location they were always out of the catfish limited time special. Almost didn't go that day because I didn't want to be disappointed again, but luck was on my side this day. I got the catfish snack which was 4 pieces and fries. Only complaint that I had was that there didn't seems to be the right amount of tartar sauce for the amount of fish. It was very good tartar sauce. My son wanted a cheeseburger and fries so that is what I got for him. My son is 4 and even though he isn't picky sometimes getting him to eat what is in front of him is a challenge so when he saw that I had something different than what he had, naturally he had to request a sampling of my meal. Needless to say I had one piece of the catfish and a cheeseburger and he had the rest of the fish and fries. All that to say that the catfish was quite tasty and wish that it was something that would be on the menu permanently because the options for fish at drive through places are limited and honestly I find disappointing most of the time. I think that the home made tartar sauce sets it apart from the rest as well. Will attempt to order again before it goes off the menu

  Got the 2 snack ranch wrap meal and they shoved it with old hard chicken tenders. My daughter got the spicy chicken sandwich meal the chicken wasn't the spicy patty. Two of the employees was very disrespectful and talking crap when I voiced my concern of the nasty food. This place has drastically went down hill. I won't come back to this location.
