  If I could give it no stars I would! It shouldn’t take 40 mins to get through a line and having people cuss and goof off on the intercom and at the windows is icing on the cake this place is such a joke should be closed down and a whole new professional staff hired. Not to mention if you wait 40 mins your food should at least be fresh

  Manager with red shirt works mornings with long locs is very rude. Never acknowledges the door dashers. Then when door dashers do speak first she gets snappy and has a very disgusting tone as if a dasher saying they have an order or picking up an order is being rude or disrespectful. And the wait time for door dashers is ridiculous.

  Restaurant is filthy, staff is rude, I took my daughter to use the bathroom and a staff accused me of kidnapping my own child! Then proceeded to talk about me loudly throughout the restaurant causing customers to stare at me and more staff to talk. This place isn't welcoming and if this is how they treat their customers, no one should ever eat there. Keep in mind the managers see my family and I come in a lot and they didn't once say anything to their staff to stop the rumors. Very unprofessional and sad.

  Two stars is unbelievably generous. Maybe everyone at this location was having a bad day. S-L-O-W is not accurate, because that would imply speed. Think slow like a glacier slow. How about a thank you, maybe? I know fast food is no longer the term used for this type of "restaurant." Good thing, this place is not fast. The new term, "Quick Service Restaurant" doesn't apply. First it's not a restaurant. So that leaves quick and service. Could the employees at this location try to focus on one of these? Probably won't happen.

  No one here cares about their job or the customers. I once waited 20 minutes for a damn double cheeseburger even though there were only a couple other people in the restaurant waiting for their order. Heard lots of laughing and cutting up among the employees in the kitchen though. This was not a one-time issue either, it has happened the last several times I was there, and there were occassions when other customers were loudly complaining (and rightfully so) about how they just wanted their order so they can leave and quit wasting their time there. I guess the employees don't exactly realize what a job is supposed to be. I sure wish someone would pay me just to hang out in the kitchen and do the bare minimum while I joke around with my coworkers. You want McDonald's? Find another spot besides this one. Every last employee there deserves to be fired and has no business working in a restaurant or in customer service.
