  This location is always slow, came in for a DoorDash and I’m currently waiting, it’s been like 12 minutes already? I live next to this McDonald’s so I come here often, I keep holding out thinking maybe these people are just training. Managers are slow, hover over employees when there is an open fryer with nobody running it, employees stand around. Nobody talks like they have sense about themselves, anytime an employee speaks to me I can hear the lack of confidence in their job…like they just help out around here and nothing else. Kitchen is always unorganized. Employees laugh in customers faces whenever an order is messed up. Seriously, it’s got me thinking maybe it’s this generation? I have no clue. It’s not even 10:00am yet and they are SLAMMED WITH NO VOLUME. Avoid this place at all costs.

  This is by far the absolute worst McDonald’s in North Alabama. Being located on Hwy 72 is clearly the only reason people continue to give them business. The amount of money I’ve lost by not getting the food that I’ve paid for is ridiculous…and the customer service is horrible.

  Out of 70 dollars worth of food , it was all messed up , no salt on fries , giving a spicy wrap instead of a ranch wrap (and I mean spicy) , 4 cheeseburgers and not a single one had any pickles , onions, or not even ketchup , burgers were literally smooshed down like a toddler stepped on it! Extremely disappointed! Will NEVER be back to this location!
