  Honestly this was the most disgusting McDonald's, I've ever been in. Like I know its fast food but dang it was gross. Food was cold, drink machine fell apart when I tried to fill up my Sprite, the floor and most of the tables were covered in old food, and to top it off the employees were cussing and threatening to fight each other. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Numerous times this McDonald’s location has gotten my orders wrong… today I asked for sausage egg McMuffins, and I got Ham, egg, and cheese sandwiches. Always check the bags they give you before you leave this place.

  I'm sorry to say this but it was very dirty on the inside. Tables with food debris on them from previous eaters. Floors really needed cleaning. Also I don't know if it's me, but fast food isnt fast anymore when you dine in, only if it's drive through. Almost 15 minutes to get my order and even with those tent #'s, the lady was just calling out the numbers and not even coming to the table. Big Arch meal was excellent.

  Came here today 3/5/26. We waited 30 minutes for our order. Eventually, my husband got frustrated and went inside… where he was ignored for five minutes before anyone helped him. The cook was the only person who came out to the register to assist, she said she had made the food ages ago and wasn’t sure why we hadn’t gotten it yet. We were blatantly ignored, and it truly felt like it was on purpose. There was no apology, no reason why we hadn’t gotten our food for 30 minutes… we typically aren’t people to complain, look at my history on Google reviews… I normally leave 4 to 5 star reviews. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. This situation truly deserves a one star review. This whole situation was very upsetting, and this was our first trip to McDonald’s since moving to Huntsville last week… safe to say we probably won’t be back, when Whataburger, or really any fast food burger joint, is faster and has better customer service. To top it all off, our order was very much incorrect. But we honestly just didn’t even feel it was worth it to go back and fix it.
