  Krispy Kreme has long been my favorite doughnut shop. I never write reviews but felt it necessary to since the last few visits have been bad and getting worse. First the selection was like six flavors. Other than the original none of the others were your basics. No chocolate glazed, how is this even possible? No chocolate cream filled of any kind actually no filled at all. They did have a few of the special donuts which were not good, even the original tastes like it was at least a day old. Staff and service was as bad as the doughnuts. Please get it together, I have been a customer since my childhood.

  I'm not sure how this place is still open...I walked in today... waited and waited. No one greeted me or asked to take my order the entire time! What was really bad was the manager was there doing inventory and was right next to me as I waited. I was literally standing right next to him and he never uttered a word. One of the employees then made a comment and he ran behind the counter to get in her face as a show of intimidation. Seems like if he was focused on serving customers instead of bullying an employee he wouldnt be so stressed that he doesn't notice a customer standing beside him

  This Krispy Kreme is consistently bad , so disappointing 2nd time I have ordered online and the doughnuts are not available. I had ordered 6 custom doughnuts and none were available when I ask why she stated “they didn’t make any” . I paid $16 and my box was taped up when I opened it , I found 6 regular glazed doughnuts and what was more disappointing was they were not fresh . I would give them a zero star if I could but the option is not there . The staff is not friendly .

  I placed two orders online. One a day before and another an hour before going. When I got there in the morning, neither were available. I was told they only had a few for one box. So they said they would refund me within 24 hours. Well I got one refund and waited another day. I then called and was told that I was lying, that they always have the doughnuts I ordered. (The second one that I was told they only had a few). They said they would call back after trying to figure out what happened but never did. No call back, no refund and no doughnuts. 30+ minutes of driving, waist of gas AND money. Not like they care, but I will never order here again. Luckily, I had to go to burmingham and I got my order there. No issues, had all my doughnuts at 4pm. If you don't know. When it comes to filled doughnuts. Some places don't make more through the day. Only glazed and a few others. So I was happy with that location. Again, this one sucked and would not even give me a refund on something I never received.

  Every single time I come here there is an issue. They SERIOUSLY need to shut this location down. They never update what they have in stock so every time I go they are ALWAYS out of at LEAST one thing I ordered. Which is fine but when you tell customers you’ll refund them for what they aren’t given then you don’t it really seems like your stealing peoples money. I just went to this location four days ago and ordered THE MOST BASIC DONUTS, glazed chocolate iced and regular donut holes. Get there, all they have is two glazed donuts. The guy in the window said he would refund me and have a good day and couldn’t even give me the donuts they did have that I still wanted and paid for. Then he changed his mind and said he can do a partial refund, but can’t offer me anything as a replacement, which I’ve had them do in the past. Four days later, no refund and won’t pick up the phone. This location seems like all they ever have is glazed donuts and really seems pretty pointless even being open. Manager does seem to be trying their best though
