  Sometimes difficult to find parking but otherwise ordered ahead and food was ready when I arrived.

  Came in during lunch rush. Long line. No worries. While waiting, I saw one worker walk in from the street, walk up to the register and begin taking an order. Didn’t wash their hands, only grabbed gloves. The worker than used those gloves to use the screen and take the order, and then went directly to making a sandwich. Another worker came in from the back to load the ice machine with a bucket of ice. They set the bucket on the ground while they went to go grab a step ladder to reach the machine opening. After grabbing the ladder, they lifted the bucket and lifted the bucket from the bottom (the portion touching the ground) to tilt it into the machine. They then went back to get another bucket. This time they accidentally dropped the bucket into the machine and then kept pouring the ice afterwards. Bread was left on a rack near the entrance/ordering station. A customer came in and had a really bad cough. Continuous, deep phlegmy cough. I could not trust that any food was safe and left without ordering. Cleanliness and food safety is not a priority here.

  Stood at the register for a whole ten minutes and still had to say hello very loud for the young lady to come to the front. She cursed me under her breath as she walked to the register. Very disappointed
