Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    Way to pricey for the kind of food they are selling. Got 2 patty melts and a order of onion rings.$27. And then they didn't even put the onions. So 2 small dry burgers.. That will be my first and last time.👎

    We caused a little hold up in the drive thru today after we accidentally ordered incorrectly and didn’t get what we expected at the window. We hate causing issues, and tried to pay for the difference at the window. The manager Emmanuel got involved to help us sort everything out and politely explained how what we ordered is a menu item and how we can order differently next time to make sure we get exactly what we want. He was super patient with us and helped us fix our order so we left with what we originally were trying to order and now we know better for next time! He helped us to not feel like we were being a pain, was efficient with his education for us, and got everything resolved super quickly. Normally, fast food drive thrus are a quick through and through and you leave with no lasting memory of the experience, but Emmanuel made a normally impersonal experience friendly and memorable. Whataburger just moved up on our “where should we stop for some quick food?” list! Thank you Emmanuel!

    Emmanuel provided outstanding service and so did the crew. It was a welcoming visit from the time I arrived until the timeI left. The food was excellent and my order was exactly as I requested! The follow up during the visit was just right, not obtrusive but genuine.

    I'm astonished—this place is amazing! Stopping by for breakfast on my way to work, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-kept the store was. My experience in the drive-thru was excellent; I received great customer service from start to finish. At the window, Emmanuel, the manager, and his staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was hot and delicious, and the drink was fresh and crisp. I will definitely be back! 10/10!
