  Pulled up to the drive through and got AI voice while employees are walking around outside. Drink machine was out of order items taped over on menu. No wonder the pace was DEAD!!!!

  they use an AI to take orders, very annoying and staff talks crap about customers openly for getting frustrated with this system, i should be talking to a real person and the staff should not be excessively rude

  The burgers taste like they were made to order, and the Frosty is a classic treat. Always clean and quick service too!

  I'm a generation xer, so I know that there's some modern inconveniences that now exist in that gray area of " just the way things are". But I don't like having to compete with doordashers. It's not just Wendy's, I know that. But we chose to dine in and I could see how hard the staff was working to get all these orders ready for people to come in from the parking lot just to pick up right in front of me. I'm also not suggesting that I have the answers to everything but I wish they had their own drive-thru so that I wouldn't see how much they inconvenience me. Golly, this is such a first world problem. I decided to go with the chicken wrap and I was very non-plussed with how it was served, although I think it was served accurately as to what was on the menu. I just found that it was bland. White flower tortilla, shredded cheddar cheese, breaded chicken tender, and some ranch dressing. This was like what I served my 4-year-old. It just didn't feel like a $7 sandwich. Most of this is outside of the staff's responsibility, but my wife ordered a boo book and they didn't include it in our our dine order. Although she was charged for it. I think it's because they were so busy dealing with the doordashers. But they were friendly and the dining room was clean. They also don't have their ketchup dispenser anymore? That was one of my favorite things about Wendy's; square fries and buckets of ketchup. When I had to ask for ketchup which I also don't particularly like, she gave me three packets. Two out of the three of us ordered french fries. What is this, Shawshank? Anyways, everything was fair to middlin'.
