I ordered from Wendy’s 12/22/2025 the Dave’s Single Combo . After I paid I was pulled up I guess to save the drive thru time . Which confuses me on the rush that they had to make my order I was the only person in the drive thru . I had MOLD on bread !!!!!!

930 door locked.
Place smells like drugs.
Manager in back office not comming out. Two different men seen us and discard not unlock door (old man beard, young man came from car dreads) short women said she could not take my food order at register. I was refused service as manager set in office.11/29/2025 930am

The manager acknowledged us when we walked in, saying he’d be right with us. After waiting five minutes, an employee told us to use the kiosk instead of helping us directly. We decided to leave. It felt like dine-in customers weren’t a priority compared to drive-thru orders or overall service quality.
