Ordered Online. First Time Trying Wayback Already Disappointed. I Walk In The 2 Employees Sitting Down Eating, Mind You Only A Mother & Son Sitting In Eating. One Got Up Told Him My Name Gave Me The Small Bag. As I’m Checking The Bag In The Parking Lot I Notice I’m Missing My Tots. I Go Back in Ask Them “Dont Tots Come With The Burger Meal?” One Ask The Other “You Didnt Put Tots In The Bag” He Say “I Dont Know” That There Let Me Know Im Not Coming Back If You Have 2 Impotent Workers Thats Just Ready To Sit Down

0/10 quality. I'd really like a full refund on my food. I ordered a custom chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese, onions, and mushrooms. The chicken was brutally tough and rubbery, I straight up couldn't even chew or swallow it. Legitimately inedible. I also ordered the cajun tots, and when I say they were burnt, I mean BURNT. They were hard, crunchy, and had ZERO moisture or flavor. Not exactly inedible, but to call then subpar would be overly gratuitous. Had to throw them away alongside my chicken sandwich. Finally, I ordered the buffalo tenders. They were just as rubbery as the sandwich, but the drench in buffalo sauce softened them up to the point I could have at least chewed them had I wanted to. But by that point I was so put-off by the quality of the rest of the food I was given, that I couldn't stomach the thought of ingesting what I assume was several hours old chicken. Unfortunately I ordered the food to go and was unable to make the trip back to return the food and/or replace it. I always give restaurants the benefit of the doubt especially if I'm not doing in, but this food wasn't just a few minutes cold, it was still warm when I got to sit down and eat it and it was STILL so tough and rubbery. I don't understand how the chicken that I was served, and the tots, passed whatever quality check this place uses, if any. Considering I spent about 25 bucks on food that I didn't even get to eat, I'd love to speak with someone about this. Otherwise I gotta stick with 1 star. But honestly, if Google allowed it I'd give 0 stars since I couldn't even eat the food I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ate here for lunch, and I noticed the burger was using a different kind of meat than I had in my past within the past year visit. I felt nauseous later the following evening. Cashier will rip you on every corner for a buck. I've lost all trust in him as a staff member. He was asked if it was cheaper to get the combo than the burger alone with a drink and blatantly lied saying yes for an extra few dollars. Overpriced and bad quality food that makes you feel sick. I will not be going here again.
