  My new favorite Indian place! The atmosphere was lovely, the decor is contemporary and looks fancy for a reasonably priced place. The staff was the most hospitable I've meet and they were exetremely polite and took great care of us. We got the mild lamb rogan josh and mild paneer tikka masla. The mild spice level was perfect for me. The lamb was tender and succulent, undoubtedly the best lamb you can get for the price. We also got a mocktail that paired perfectly with our meal and shared a ras malai for dessert. One of the best meals I've had in awhile. I will certainly be back! Thank you so much to the kind staff!

  Food is great. We forgot to order naan and are very upset about it. The only complaint I could remotely make about the food is they give you a small cup of rice for a large bowl of food but you can always just get extra rice if you like a lot of rice like myself. The service is great they are all very nice and everything was quick. The atmosphere is beautiful. I love the decor and overall vibe. It’s sophisticated and great for a nice occasion but not so upscale you feel underdressed if you’re casual or after work. We will definitely be back (and get the naan). The bathroom (ladies. I can’t speak for the men’s) was super clean and smelled great (for a bathroom). And we even got a complimentary dessert!

  I went to Veda last night with several friends, and I can honestly say it was one of the best Indian dining experiences I’ve had in the States. After traveling across Asia, I’ve been craving a truly great curry — the kind with depth, warmth, and layers of spice that linger in the best way. The Veda Special Lamb Curry absolutely delivered. It was rich, perfectly spiced, and deeply flavorful without being overpowering. Two others at our table also ordered it and were blown away as well, excited to try the chicken next time. We also ordered: Garlic Naan – Fresh, soft, and just the right amount of garlic. Tandoori Chicken – Juicy, smoky, and cooked with a bit of char. Gobi Manchurian – Crispy, bold, and packed with flavor. A must-order, I almost ordered a second tray to take home. Chicken 65 – Tender with a delicious kick — perfectly balanced spice and crunch. Every single dish was phenomenal. Not one miss at the table. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is stunning. The interior feels modern and elevated, with sleek silverware and high-quality dishes that make the entire experience feel polished and intentional. It’s the kind of place you’d be proud to bring family and friends when they come to visit. The staff were equally impressive — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the evening. That hospitality makes a huge difference. I’m already planning my return. The lunch buffet looks outstanding, especially considering the high quality of the food. If it’s anything like dinner, it’s going to be one of the best lunch spots in town. Veda has all the makings of becoming a true Huntsville staple — authentic, delicious food in a beautiful setting, with service that makes you feel right at home. I’ll be back every chance I get.

  Looked in the area saw vida indian cuisine thought I would give it a try. As soon as I walked in the entrance was impeccable, beautiful, clean walked into the regular dining area was seated right away very clean and modern inside. Hard to decide what I wanted on a menu. It all sounded great. I opted for the chicken lavabdor and it was amazing. Just the right amount of spice too. If you are looking for indian food in the huntsville area, this is the place to get it. They have a full bar and can make any cocktail drink. You want super clean, super friendly staff.
