  It says open till 9.They are never open till 9 the people are in there, but they're not serving.You they close at eight, at least the drive through cause the AI says theyre closed and the people inside will ignore you.

  They never answer the phone. I have had several ordering issues with them in the past and literally had to hound them for a refund since they don't offer them via the app. They made me come to the store to receive a refund because they didn't have any gift cards to issue, since their app doesn't allow refunds. They really need to fix their app and the customer service of this location overall. Horrible experience and will never order at this location again

  This location is the most convenient for me, and I have observed inconsistencies in the past. However, this particular experience was exceptionally disappointing. My smoothie had an overpowering celery flavor, including several vegetable stems, and my hummus wrap contained minimal filling and was rather bland. I am perplexed as to why maintaining consistent quality appears to be such a challenge. While I acknowledge that different staff members may be present on various days, I believe a standardized preparation method for each item should be implemented to ensure that taste and quality do not fluctuate so significantly.

  Wow! This is my first time at this location and I’m sad to say that it was NOT a great experience. I always leave honest reviews and I’m sad to leave this one because I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe. So when I walked in the young man who was working didn’t greet myself nor any other customer who came in after me. I was looking to place my order for the combo but he informed me that he couldn’t make food at the moment. So I just ordered my smoothie and left. I am disappointed in this location. Please do better. And make sure it’s clean. I have two stars because I like the business as a whole and at least got my smoothie. 🙁
