For the past 3-4mo I’ve been coming the service just continues to go down hill. They didn’t even acknowledge me when I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru. I had to ask if they were ready to take my order after sitting there a few minutes.

I cannot backup and leave due to the narrow drive thru lane and someone in front of me & the back. I’ve been in this line for 35 MINUTES!!!! THATS INSANE. It do not take almost 40 minutes to make a damn smoothie 😒 I don’t know what’s going on with this location but I am DONE. I’ve tried to call TWICE & they haven’t picked up the phone not ONCE. Save your time, just make your own smoothie. I will never be back to this location.
