  I was celebrating my 21st birthday.. waiter was very nice. Very kind. However, we waited 10-15 mins for a drink. Plus our food came out with 1 min left on our time. 1 min.. That is crazy. Manger was rude and did not understand our frustration when we waited a hour to order and then a hour and half on our food. It was very disappointing considering I choose to celebrate my 21st here and only had 2 drinks in 2hours, simply because drinks took forever and we couldn’t find anyone to place my drink order. We also had a reservation… so you would think they would have prepared for our party. Any ways just very disappointing. We were highly disappointed in our experience today. Not mentioned that when our food was brought out right before our time was over we had to cram our food into to go boxes and eat it in the vehicle!!!! Crazy.

  We went to top golf for my friends 21st birthday, we pay for 2 bays for 2 hours. We get there and everything was fine, waiter was very nice. After an hour we had still not been offered to order any food. I had to personally walk to find our waiter to ask for us to order food. While in the meantime the birthday girl only received one drink which was made wrong and had to be sent back. 15 minutes later we ordered our food. We did not receive our food until 2 minutes before our bay time was over. We spoke to a manager which was NO HELP whatsoever!!! He basically said he could cancel our food then proceeded to try and scold us saying that we were only allowed 1 drink per 30 minutes. Which was confusing considering everyone had only ordered 2 drinks total and we were there for 2 hours. I was NOT recommend anyone to go to Huntsville Top Golf for a 21st birthday situation. We are very disappointed with our experience. Our poor waiter was nice but the overall experience was terrible!! Oh not to mention that we had to pay $85 for food that was given to us 2 minutes before our bay was over that we had to cram into to go boxes and eat in the vehicle!!!!!!!

  Manager(s) sat three feet away from us and watched us not receive service for 8-10 minutes. I finally asked them if they were managers and if there was a bartender they said yes and she’s busy. That’s it. That’s the end of the story. We never got service.

  We came on a sunday when the crowd was low. The atmosphere was great the service was top-notch! Pat the team lead made sure our party of 12 was well taken care of and our bay host Leshonti was excellent at keeping us refreshed and able to answer any questions we had! We will 100% be returning and hopefully the service follows with all the staff because today was hard to beat! Sidenote, it was my oldest daughter's birthday as well and they treated her to some doughnut holes with cream and raspberry filling!

  3rd time going in 4 weeks. Food has been extremely slow to come. Good luck getting a server after your food comes. This time we had a reservation but at least 3/4 of the bays were empty. They would not let us play and then did not have the bay ready until after our time. Immature and untrained staff. More interested in hanging out than attending to clients. Truly a sad issue in Huntsville. Btw…9 groups without reservations were set up before they even had a mind to notice we were still waiting. Zero refund, no apology. They literally don’t think that making a long time customer wait just for the hell of it when the place is over half empty is an issue. Childish staff more concerned about hitting the vapes than attending to customers.
