She hands me my card back without giving me my receipt and gives me a smug look. When I received it after having to ask for it, I see that she charged me for sauce when it clearly says on the menu that when you order tenders it comes with 2 sauces with no extra charge. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!

They lost it. Place another order. They couldn't find it. They were sassy about it. Honestly the people working there have no interest in working there so just get rid of them. Hire some people that do or shut down the store. Either way, it's a disaster and whoever owns this or manages. This needs to wake up and smell the roses here. The correlation we can find between the three people that I found that did not get orders and were pissed off and were told basically to buzz off by the employees where people who ordered paying by cash at the counter and placed the order click the button saying paying my cash. So maybe the employees need to be educated how they use the actual system or the system is a piece of crap. But ultimately it's the management the manager needs to go and the owner needs to ask himself. What is he doing here because he's not providing service and this place will eventually go under
